Vermouth & Limoncello Production Workshop — A friendly and gourmet experience in the Aspe Valley

At Mandragot, in Bedous, we offer workshops on making artisanal drinks inspired by Mediterranean traditions:

🍋 Limoncello Workshop

For approximately two hours, you'll discover the history of these iconic drinks, their production, the ingredients used, and the culture surrounding them. The workshop is designed as a genuine sharing experience: we exchange ideas, we taste, we learn… and above all, we have a great time.

🍸 Vermouth Workshop

Discover the world of Spanish vermouth and the very local art of "taking the vermouth" .
You will learn how to create your own recipe using wine, aromatic herbs and spices, before leaving with your approximately 1-liter bottle and the complete recipe to try it again at home.

🍋 Limoncello Workshop

A sunny and fragrant workshop centered around the famous Italian lemon liqueur.
You will discover the different stages of production, tips and balances of flavors, before preparing your own bottle to take away.

✨ Each participant leaves with:

  • its handcrafted bottle (≈ 1 liter)
  • the detailed recipe
  • a friendly tasting
  • and plenty of ideas for recreating the experience at home

Price: €45 per person per workshop

The workshops are open to travellers, locals, groups of friends or simply curious people looking for an original activity to do in Bedous.
